OUR TEAM

Hydrofoil Shop Australia is based in Sydney, Australia. It was established in 2022 by directors Gav and Chris. We started through two friends coming together to share our love of the water. Happily loaning our wingfoil and prone foil equipment to friends and family, we realised we could make a living doing what we loved. We are both very passionate about the sport enjoy nothing more than seeing others get hooked on flight. We feel privileged to be a part of this amazing movement and want to share this with anyone that wants to give it a go.

We have a lifetime of experience in the ocean. We are subject matter experts in sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing, wingfoiling, prone foiling, kitefoiling, SKIING (Chris is also a speedriding instructor) and FLYING (Gav is also a qualified helicopter search and rescue pilot)! Sharing our love and knowledge for our passion is a big part of the business. Feel free to call anytime, we can talk Hydrofoils all day!
